The Negrense Blogging Society, Inc. is open for membership. All applicants should have at least one (1) blog which should have at least 10 unique articles and is regularly updated.

1. Membership fee:
- P500 for regular members
- P300 for associate members (Negrense bloggers outside of Negros)
- P300 for students with current school ID (however, students can be a regular member if he/she chooses).
2. Membership fee is good for one year following the fiscal year (Sept. 2014 to Dec 2015)
3. Payment to be paid within the first quarter of every fiscal year (deadline: March 31)
